I think yesterday was an excellent start to Beer Club! Bob is going to keep a spreadsheet of the beverages we provide, so that we do not get duplication. This site can be a great place to review the beer and any other thoughts on the subject.
Last night I tried the Porter that Pat brought and liked it. I thought it might be too dark and heavy, but it was smooth and creamy. Good purchase Pat!
I am going to bring Brian's Top 20 sheet to the store with me next time and buy something off that list.
We will try to meet again before X mas.

ReplyDeleteI agree with the comment on Pat's beer. I really enjoyed it. The other beers that were there were beers that I have had before, so I knew that I was going to like them. I have 2 down and 4 to go. I am actually looking forward to having a couple of the others tonight. I would like to add that I was pretty impressed with my restraint last night. It would have been pretty easy to finish off the whole sixer while trying to stomach the last 15:00 of the Badger game.
